Master Cleanse Lemonade Recipe

In case you are wondering, the Master Cleanse Recipe is really simple.

Here it is:

  • 2 Tablespoons of organic lemon juice
  • 2 Tablespoons of organic grade B maple syrup
  • 1/10 Teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
  • 10 oz of filtered water

This recipe will give you one drink and you will need to drink as much as 12 servings over the course of each day. You can increase proportions and make a jug to carry you through the day.

The recipe is simple, but having the recipe and jumping right in is not enough. It will not be enough to take you through the full 10 days. Trust me, I have tried it and failed miserably.
